ay, las piernas
Since I am not eating lunch this week, due to my inability to go home to eat rice and unwillingness to buy/make food to bring with me, I've had to stay here at my desk during lunch break for the past few days. You know what I found out? About half the people who work here don't go to lunch. They don't leave their desks or eat anything. At least I go to the vending machine and grab some cheese (flavored) crackers .. I can only assume they do this every day. These are the same people who consistently get here before me and leave after I do .. and I'm usually here from 7AM to 5PM or later!
So in conclusion, there are people who sacrifice their health and very lives so that the wiring harnesses in your Toyota might be delivered more quickly or slightly easier to install. Kind of lessens the value of human life, doesn't it? At least I only sacrifice like 9 hours a day so that I might enjoy the remaining 15. Hmm, is that an even trade?
Anyway, riding the bike to/from work is fun, but people here really need to stop giving me shit about it. Seriously, people give me shit for riding a bicycle. People I don't even know! "Hey, are you the guy who brought that bike in?? What kind of gas mileage you get on that thing?" It's going to be awesome when I get the fuck out of here.
Oh good, now it's raining. その黒い傘見せてください。

I was thinking about that the other day. On the one hand, it's good to have our best and/or brightest all gathered at either coast, so when other people enter our country they can be like, "hey, some of these people are okay."
On the other hand, the coasts make a pretty good shield for the middle of the country, so if we're attacked, the last ones to survive will be my assistant manager and co-workers.

Yeah, all of those red states are pretty well shielded from natural disaster type harm by large metropoli and big ass mountain ranges.

People from the donor states are probably so freaking stupid because they are so sheltered. Perhaps intellegence is a by product of dealing with stressful situations? If this true maybe college was worth it.
Oh, and people mock you for riding to work in the north but it is more acceptable to just say, "Are you fucking stupid?" or "Fuck you, you fat, lazy fuck! I hope you have a heartattack!"
I applaud your co-workers on the sacrifice to the betterment of humanity.

'If this true...'
I guess hearing a lot of bad English is rubbing off on me, at least that is my excuse. And I take back that thing about college being useful.
