Things (but not stuff)

This week, since I have lent my Civic to 小林, whose Taurus paved the path to car heaven/hell for Esse Gajo's Altima (similar to "Lastima") a couple weeks ago (the lesson is: like people, all cars, regardless of make or model, are doomed to transmission failure one day), I have 2 options for getting to and from work. I could borrow a bicycle from a co-worker, since the one that was generously loaned to me has problems which make it unridable, or I could bum a ride every day from either of the two people who pass my apartment on the way to work. I don't like either of these options because they both involve accepting favors from people I do not want to be indebted to. Maybe it's better not to be on my good side, since if I don't like you I'm more reluctant to accept favors from you. Keep that in mind.

This probably already exists, but I've stumbled upon what I consider to be an excellent thing to eat for lunch. Since I don't like to buy groceries until I'm absolutely out of everything, including toilet paper and razor blades ("I can't eat anything this week! I'm out of food but I still have like 3 razors left! aaagh my face"), last week I was foraging through my kitchen for lunch and gathered together some seaweed wraps, rice, tuna, soy sauce and wasabi mayonnaise. Can you guess where this is headed? Only instead of slicing the roll up into little cylinders, I just ate the whole thing like a big green burrito. Then I made another one. It was a glorious day.

JAPAN UPDATE: I have to be out of my apartment by July, and I'm scheduled to go to Mexico July 4th-8th. Wait, this isn't an update on Japan. This is an update of me being fucked. Well, I'm sure it'll work itself out.

So this week: Find a way to get to/from work, move my vacation week to July 11th-15th and hope I'm leaving for Japan sometime around then, run, sketch, finish 1 or 2 of the several vector art things I started months ago, try to design some graphics for FLUTTR EFFECT, eat some rice/tuna/seaweed wraps, sit back and contemplate the fact that my life is so god damned easy it's sickening.

You moved out of your apartment without a definite date for leaving?! You are one optimistic boob.

Also, thank you for pictures from the inside of your computer. They are exceptional. I like the lettering though.

Meep.

the way I see it, I'm only staying till July just so I can go to this Mexico thing, so I should be able to leave anytime after that .. right??

and I'm glad you like my computer's guts. I thought they were pretty.
