お久しぶり

Warning: Stream-of-consciousness-style typing ahead. My style is the worst, and I challenge you that my style should stand alone. As the worst.


Singapore - I need to work on meeting people and having a good time in the place where I live. It'd also help if I could stop thinking about people who live in other countries. Actually, I take that back; thinking about people is fine as long as it doesn't depress me. Therefore I should refrain from thinking about people I wish I could see again when I've just spent 3 days by myself.


Japan - I was starting to worry about the fact that I haven't met anyone new other than coworkers, and have yet to have a particularly good time here, but then I remembered that I'm supposed to be leveling up at art, running and whatever else it is that I do, not hanging out. So I'm thinking weeknights will be for me to study or train or whatever, and then I can go out on the weekends. It should work nicely since I don't hate my apartment or the town I live in, except for the weather. Actually it seems to have cooled down a bit already, and I can't wait for the fall when I can go for a walk at 1AM without breaking a sweat.

Speaking of going for a walk, I'm wondering what it is about traveling around, whether it be via foot, bicycle, train or plane, that I like so much, or that compels me to constantly be moving myself around. Though I'm pretty sure I like walking around Yokkaichi just because it gives me an excuse to listen to the crazy metal playlist* in my phone and stop at the konbini to buy this Kirin Chu-Hi drink I can't get enough of.


US - How's everything going?

Beastard: In response to your curry rice question, I use instant curry, which I acknowledge is probably a crime or a sin, and just dump it on top of a bowl of rice and mix it up. It's brown, sludgy, and one of the best things ever.
Maletas: Yes, apparently it is a very tired joke.
Everyone else: I forget what you asked. But thanks for being like "good job, you can do it" and stuff.
