Up to NH again tomorrow morning! I'm increasing my chances of getting in a plane crash week after week. Though, it has been pointed out to me that if I do get in 1 plane crash, the odds of it ever happening again are even slimmer. Who the hell gets in 2 plane crashes?
Anyway, I hadn't planned on going up there again so soon, but my dad offered to buy the plane tickets for my birthday, because Rachel is going to be home and I think he just really wants us all to be in the same place (even though Rebecca's in Ecuador), but after he convinced me to come up, I ended up buying the tickets myself.
This is what happens when I try to save money. If this hadn't happened, I would have gotten in another car accident or something. Money hates me and tries to get away from me as soon as it can .. I guess it doesn't want to be spent on CDs and Pho.
So it looks like we're having another Christmas on Saturday (Christmas II: Rebirth of the Christ-Child, or, Jesus Strikes Again) to make up for the one Rachel missed because she was interrogating prisoners at Abu Ghraib (no, really, that's what she was doing), and then that evening I'm going to head down to Peterborough (wherever the hell that is) to watch my favorite avant-gardists FLUTTR play two 1-hour sets. Sunday I guess we're just sitting around. I fly back early Monday morning, but still won't make it to work on time, which is ideal. It's Martin Luther King day; we shouldn't even have work that day. Oh wait, I forgot what part of the country I was in.
I was going to go off on some crazy tangent about aging, but this isn't a circle.
